Dear Dr. Hakan Usta, Head of Bilkent Public Hospitals Services, along with our Deputy Heads, Associate Professor Dr. Cihan Döğer and Associate Professor Dr. Fatma Duran, and the accompanying delegation of specialists, held an information and evaluation meeting at our hospital.
During the meeting, the current status of our hospital, ongoing activities, healthcare services provided, and continuing projects were discussed. Our Hospital Chief Physician, Associate Professor Dr. Özgür Ömer Yıldız, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the hospital’s activities, healthcare delivery processes, and ongoing projects.
Following the presentation, on-site inspections were conducted in various hospital service areas, and current practices were evaluated. During these evaluations, views were exchanged on strengthening a sustainable quality approach in healthcare services, increasing the efficiency of service delivery, and planning for the future.
The importance of cooperation and coordination in providing healthcare services in a more effective, high-quality, and sustainable manner was emphasized throughout the meeting, while the participants shared their views and recommendations.
