Yenimahalle Education and Research Hospital and Ankara Bilkent City Hospital and Yıldırım Beyazıt University signed the “Joint Use Preliminary Assessment Report” covering the joint use of health facilities and inter-institutional cooperation.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Commission, Provincial Director of Health, Specialist. Prof. Dr. Ali Niyazi Kurtcebe, Vice Dean of Yıldırım Beyazıt University Prof. Dr. Tuğba Ensari, Chief Physician of Yenimahalle Education and Research Hospital Assoc. Dr. Özgür Ömer Yıldız and Coordinator Chief Physician of Ankara Bilkent City Hospital Assoc. Dr. Aziz Ahmet Surel.
With the signed evaluation report, the principles of Yenimahalle Education and Research Hospital and Ankara Bilkent City Hospital working in a comprehensive cooperation with Yıldırım Beyazıt University were determined.
Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Health Director Uzm. Dr. Ali Niyazi Kurtcebe emphasized that the cooperation is of great importance in terms of health services and academic studies and said, “We are taking the first step of an important process to improve the quality of health services and to ensure a strong integration with the academic world. Sharing knowledge and experience will further improve the services provided in our healthcare facilities and contribute to scientific production by supporting academic studies. This evaluation report will enable our healthcare facilities to work in stronger cooperation with the academic infrastructure and will make a significant contribution to the development of healthcare professionals.”
In line with the evaluation report, a “Joint Use Protocol” will be established, and within this scope, it is aimed to increase the knowledge and experience of health professionals by planning joint training, research and health services in health facilities.
